Every fencer’s results, kept for you
Link a fencer to USA Fencing and their Results tab fills in: the season at a glance, finishes over time, pools and DEs, and every bout.
The season at a glance
Events, bouts, pools and DEs won this season, the best finish, and a trend of finishes against the size of the field.
Every bout, linked
Open a tournament for its pool and DE bouts with scores, and follow opponents and events out to FencingTracker. Results refresh every day on their own.
For fencers and parents too
Fencers and parents see the same Results tab in their own account, and can share a season in one tap.
More features
- AssistantAsk the assistant to message a class, book a member in, check everyone in or find who still owes. It works with the same actions as the app’s own buttons, and anything that changes data, contacts people or moves money waits for your approval.
- MessagesOne conversation per member, with their coaching notes and the club’s emails and texts. A chat for every group. Share a clip from a bout and mark the moment that matters.
- MembersEvery member, their details, groups, attendance and payments in one searchable list, with the fields your club actually tracks.
- FamiliesGroup parents with their children. Guardians manage their kids’ accounts, get every message and pay for the whole family.
- BillingCharge a card on file or email an invoice in two clicks, bill memberships automatically, and handle refunds without leaving the member’s page.
- Check-inMembers check themselves in on a tablet by the door. You get attendance history for every member without lifting a finger.
- ClassesRun weekly classes with spots, waitlists and drop-ins, take payment when people book, and share a booking link for private lessons.
- StorefrontSell memberships, class packs and merchandise on a page with your logo. Members pay online, and you can sell at the front desk too.
- DashboardAttendance by day and revenue by month, group and member, built from the data you already have. Nothing to set up.
