Ask for it. Approve it. It’s done.
Ask the assistant to message a class, book a member in, check everyone in or find who still owes. It works with the same actions as the app’s own buttons, and anything that changes data, contacts people or moves money waits for your approval.
It does the work, not just the answer
The assistant sits at the bottom of every page for club admins. It can look things up and take action across members, groups, classes, bookings, check-ins, messages, payments and results, for one person or a whole group at once.

Nothing changes until you approve it
Lookups run straight away. A change shows a card with exactly what will happen, who it reaches and what it says, and it runs only when you press Approve. Messages and anything to do with money always ask first.
You decide what it may do
Settings > Assistant lists every tool by what it can touch. Choose what it may do for admins and for members, turn single tools off, or switch it off for your club. A change history shows everything it did.
Bring your own AI, too
Connect Claude, or another AI assistant that supports MCP, with a key from Settings, and ask about your club from wherever you already work. Keys are read-only unless you allow changes.
