Families, with one guardian who pays
Group parents with their children. Guardians manage their kids’ accounts, get every message and pay for the whole family.
Set it up once
Link a child to a parent and the family is created. Add siblings and a second guardian from the same card, and the window tells you who will manage and pay before you confirm.
- Add a child or guardian from either side
- Rename the family, or select everyone in it
- Remove someone and see what happens to billing first
Charges go to the right person
Charge a child as usual and the invoice goes to the guardian who pays, by card on file or email. Select several siblings and the charge goes to their parent instead of to each child.
- The paying guardian is marked “Pays”
- Children’s Billing tab shows who manages their payments
- Guardians are copied on messages to their kids
Parents do the paperwork
Parents log in to one account to pay invoices, update details, book lessons and RSVP for each of their children.
