Invite members

Share your join link so members and parents create their own accounts.

Members don’t need an account for you to track them, but with one they can pay invoices, keep a card on file, buy from your store and sign your club agreement. Every club has a join link for this.

Any of these gets you the link:

  • Copy link on the Invite members row of the Setup checklist.
  • The + (Add member) button on the Roster toolbar. Under Club Join Link you can copy the link or download a QR code to print for the front desk.
Roster → +Preview
Add one member by hand, or share the link and QR code.

Post it in your newsletter, group chat or website. People who open it see a Join page with your logo, and create an account with their name, email and a password.

How accounts connect to your roster

When someone signs up with an email that’s already on your roster (from an import, or because you added them), their new login is connected to those members. A parent who signs up with the family email gets every child who shares it. If no one matches, a new member is added to your roster.

Everyone gets a verification email and has to click it before they can log in.

Email one member an invite

  1. Open the member

Click their row on the Roster.
  2. Draft the invite

Click … (Member actions) at the top of the sidebar and choose Draft Invite. It only appears for members who have an email and haven’t signed up yet.

  3. Review and send

The email says “Get set up with <your club>” and has a Get Started button that goes to your join page. Edit the message if you like, then Preview it, then Send to 1.

Add a single member yourself

Click + on the Roster toolbar, type a name and (optionally) an email, then Add Member. You can share the join link with them later.
